SMS Program Terms

1. The program

“Urge Alerts” is a recurring SMS program operated by Flow Alarm, Inc. (“Urge”, “we”). When you opt in from the Urge iOS app, we send you text messages at the mobile number you provide, including:

• Reminders about upcoming Urge community calls and events.
• Motivational and program-related content.
• Occasional promotional offers about Urge products and services.

2. Consent

You enroll by opting in inside the Urge app. The consent disclosure is displayed on the same screen where you enter your phone number, and you agree to it in one of two ways: by enabling the consent toggle shown next to the disclosure, or by tapping the submit button when it is labeled “Agree to terms & send code”. Either action records your consent, after which we text a verification code to the number you entered. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything. Agreeing to these terms authorizes Urge to send recurring automated text messages to the number you provided.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies; typically 1–4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also contact us at support@flowalarmclock.com to be removed.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@flowalarmclock.com.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your phone number and other personal data is described in the Urge Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting the updated version on this page. Continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
